If you prefer not to talk about your emotions and feelings then Reiki will work better for you, the healing energy of Reiki can help to alleviate

This non-intrusive healing therapy is relaxing,
and stimulates your own natural life energy to
work within yourself, causing deep and
subtle changes to your life.
As a practitioner I have been attuned to the life
energy of the divine light to become a channel,
allowing Reiki energy to flow through my hands,
to be gently received by you. Reiki naturally flows to where it is most needed.
To receive treatment you will be asked to wear comfortable clothing, and lie in a relaxed state on the therapy couch.
I will then place my hands over each Chakra (wheel) for at least 5 minutes, so allowing the energy to flow.
After the session you may or may not wish to share your experience with me.
With Reiki there is no religious dogma, so the energy can be received by ANYONE no matter what religion you are.
A LITTLE REIKI HISTORY
The meaning of REIKI is UNIVERSAL MIND
or DIVINE WISDOM. REI means universal and
refers to the level of mind and soul, KI means
the life force energy which flows through EVERY living being ( i.e.) human, animal, plant etc.
It is believed that every being can be enlightened by releasing the mind from the illusion of suffering and attachment to physical phenomena.
Through the practice of meditation, people can attain the true union with life becoming at ONE with self and nature. Unfortunately the Earth is becoming filled with buildings and roads taking away natural beauty. Most people find it difficult to find such places without travel.
Dr Usui re-found the healing skills of Reiki, he was born in 1860 and studied in Japan and became director for a Christian seminar in Kipto.
He studied the new testament and Jesus, reading about Budda and the Ancient Indian Sanskrit, studying healing miracles. After several years he found a Zen monastery, which housed a large collection of Buddhist sutra holding knowledge, methods, symbols and formula for healing people. There he was advised to go to Mount Kurayama to meditate, this he did, and after 21 days in meditation he received the Divine light, entering the brow Chakra (third eye) giving him the strength and activating the ancient symbols for healing.
With practice Dr Usui discovered that it wasn't enough just healing the physical body ....the spiritual body also needed healing.
With this knowledge he formulated the whole treatment and learned that Reiki must be Holistic, and treat the WHOLE person...mind, body, spirit and soul....so be it.
